Easily over $600. Someone mentioned itemizing for insurance reasons. Fire, ouch that would be costly.

I likely spend $400.00 to $1,000.00 at the spring fishing shows each year & sometimes each show lol, started Trolling with 2 buddies fore Trout & Salmon again after years so I bought a couple downrigging set-ups & a Dipsy Diver set-up plus some new Spoons to go with the 150 or so I already had, just because you need some new ones to go into the Kincardine & Chantry Derbies, plus all the new stuff needed for Bass, Pike & Musky lol but don't tell my wife;)
Tight Lines SBK:cool:

Better than $600.00 just on tackle and bait. Quality line is around $12.00 and to change line on 4 rods is $48.00, and thats just line!
If you calculate fuel, ramp fees and boat repairs, over $1500.00 a year.
Worth every cent

I enjoy fishing more than eating fish.

Once you get into centerpin fishing you can easily find a 1 grand rod and reel setup. I probably spend 800$ - 1500$ a year. The first 7 years or so of fishing can be really expensive, but eventually you get everything there is haha

I have a good asortment of tackle, good quality rods and reels but most of my friends don't! so when hey come out with me they lose alot of my tackle! lol they replace it of course, speicaly last year out fishing at bronte and my buddy stepped on my new Fenwick rod! that was a costly mistake on his part. but I would say at least $600 a year!!

I have become a tackle junkie. Enjoy buying gear more than actually using it. I'm addicted and need help...
